Dr. Pratik Patel
DDS, FRCD (C)
Endodontist

Dr. Pratik Patel, a native of Virginia, attended Bishop Ireton High School. He graduated from The George Washington University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science. Dr. Patel received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) from SUNY at Buffalo, School of Dental Medicine and completed his General Practice Residency at Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown, Pennsylvania. After working as a Gener​​al Dentist, Dr. Patel decided to pursue further training and specialize in Endodontics. He received his Certificate in Endodontics from Columbia University in New York City.

Dr. Thlick had a mission and a vision to open her practice from humble beginnings to help serve Woodbridge and the surrounding communities. Her hopes of providing a family friendly environment with professional care and service were realized when she first opened Parkway Smiles.
With years of medical training and experience, Dr. Su-En Thlick and the Parkway Smiles team are committed to raising awareness and making their patients healthy and happy about their teeth.
Dr. Thomas Lin
DMD, MS
Periodontist

Dr. Lin's main interests are implant site development which includes advanced bone reconstruction and soft tissue plastic surgery. He obtained his diplomate status with the American Board of Periodontology soon after graduating Summa Cum Laude from the Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine. He received numerous awards including membership into the Omicron Kappa Opsilon Honor Dental Society. He further pursued training in Periodontology at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine for three years where he also obtained his Masters in Oral Biology. At graduation, he is the recipient of the Director's Award reserved for one resident a year based on clinical and academic excellence. He stayed on as a Fellow of Periodontology for a year where he learned advanced clinical research.
Dr. Lin loves the outdoors, traveling and going to the movies. He and his wife, also a dentist, love Cirque du Soleil. They spend their weekends doting on their two daughters.
Mary Flenniken

Mary began her illustrious career in dentistry at the age of 21. She brings her many years of experience and expertise to Parkway Smiles ensuring her beloved patients with the highest level of customer service when it comes to appointments, treatment, finances, other business-related issues. Her passion drives her commitment to always making herself accessible to both patients and Parkway Smiles Staff. Mary, a native of the Northern Virginia area, also enjoys exercising, gardening and making jewelry in her spare time.
Liz Cereghino, RDH
Hygienist

Liz has worked in the dental profession in many capacities for over 35 years. She has been practicing dental hygiene for 6 years. She was born and raised on Long Island, NY. She has enjoyed working at Parkway Smiles Dentistry for over a year. She loves getting to know her patients and providing education as it pertains to their total medical and oral health. Her philosophy is to provide excellent patient care and to treat each patient as an individual with the utmost respect.
Helen Maldonaldo

Helen has been in the dental administration field for over 20 years. She originally came from the world of banking, where she had met and became close to one of her clients who persuaded her to join his staff at his dental clinic. She is known for always being enthusiastic to help Parkway Smiles patients with the utmost care, compassion, both clinically and financially helping patients attain the maximum benefits from their insurance. Helen is originally from Germany and enjoys getting together with her German group of friends. Her hobbies are reading, gardening, and playing with her grandchildren.

Dawn has been a practicing dental hygienist for over 15 years, and has a passion for educating people and making them happy about their teeth. A midwest girl, she attended OCC and is now happily working in Virginia at Parkway Smiles Dentistry and enjoys the family and team environment at the clinic. She enjoys exercising and staying healthy. She also loves the outdoors and exploring cute little towns around Woodbridge. Her philosophy is "Live a Healthy and Prosperous Life and Take Your Time To Smile Everyday."
